 bloodhound | cabal homer | the isle of man that the process of creating a bloodhound is successful doesn't ensure that the bloodhound will emerge completely intact. a child born to members of the cabal, gibran was taken and raised by circe, and changed very early on without any knowledge of what it would involve. he came out on the other side with the ability to smell magic perfectly honed, but with a few cogs loose. his job within the cabal is to sit at circe's side, and to try to gauge the potential of those who come to her table. it's a job that he does well, but whenever left without a target, things tend to get a little ugly. |
